Ginger Jar brings our boutique catering ideas to a larger stage with our wedding catering and wedding planning offerings.
We have a collaborative approach from the start, either helping you find a venue or working with your chosen one, then building up your day, from our bespoke food design through to advising on room styling and working with other suppliers you want to bring in.
For you food, you can take inspiration from our range of signature wedding menus, or we can go straight to designing a menu to your specific brief, incorporating favourite ingredients or dishes from your travels, top restaurants or food trends.
From canapés to bowl foods, fine dining, sharing platters, BBQs and evening food, we’ll design a wedding breakfast menu or whole day of refreshments to suit your style.
As a caterer we often take the lead in most of your on-the-day wedding planning, when it comes to working with the venue and organising or co-ordinating a whole range of suppliers from waiting staff to hire companies, florists, lighting and sound. Your event/wedding planner can do as much or as little as you need, either simply advising and delivering the food, or working on wider elements of the overall day.
