The South Indian province of Kerala is the inspiration for Ginger Jar’s next supper club, coming to you on Thursday 12th October.

The vibe will be informal, the food lightly spiced, the company excellent and the drinks flowing.

Keralan fried chicken w/ lentil & rice waffle, piccalilli mayo, blackened spring onion

Malabar soft shell crab w/ dried coconut chips, black pepper, mango & mint dressing, tempered mustard seeds

Roasted baby aubergine, fresh paneer, bay syrup, fennel pollen

Papri chaat pots – fried potato, pieces of poppadum, yoghurt, tamarind chutney, chickpeas, coriander.
