Ginger Jar’s founder, Jenny McNeill, has classic training courtesy of Leiths School of Food & Wine and experience in private cheffing in private homes and holiday locations, from London to the Alps.
She has gained experience working at restaurants like London’s Tate Modern 7th floor, and more recently worked at Heston Blumenthal’s world-famous Fat Duck in Bray.
Bringing experience of working with local produce in differing locations, Jenny can design menus on the move to suit your requirements. Review some of her sample menus or contact us to find out more.
We also now have a team of chefs who are either Leiths trained or with 5+ years restaurant or catering experience, all of whom regularly work as private chefs.
Single day prices from £350 per day excluding ingredients
