Char-grilled fennel topped with grilled Italian tallagio cheese, served with puy lentil vinaigrette
Paprika-spiced Halibut
Pan-fried, paprika-marinated halibut served on a virgin paella with mint oil
Treacle Tart
Individual treacle tart with stem ginger ice cream and toffee sauce

“Jenny at Ginger Jar made our dinner party a relaxed but elegant affair from planning through to shopping, serving and clearing away. She listened to our food preferences and provided loads of menu ideas which could be scaled up and down according to our budget, easily mixing in different courses to ensure a balanced menu.
She was on hand with advice about wine for each course, where to source the best ingrediants and how to serve certain dishes and even how set the table to best effect. The food was exquisite, service relaxed and discreet and Jenny was even on hand to answer questions from guests.
The whole thing was a huge success. I’d certainly use Jenny again for any type of event and I’d recommend Ginger Jar to anyone.”
