Ginger Jar cooks at Riverford’s Norton Farm Pumpkin Day – Oct 30th
This weekend we’re off to cook all manner of wonderful things pumpkin related at Riverford‘s (the organic veg people) Norton Farm Pumpkin Day.We’ll be cooking two recipes, one from the archives – Spiced pumpkin & coconut soup – and another new recipe, Pumpkin & ginger fritters with soy, chilli & spring onions.
